Cars Subaru steel 13% more expensive for Russians
Japanese brand Subaru raised the suggested retail prices of its cars in Russia. The price rise has affected the crossovers XV and Forester, and sportsedan WRX and WRX STi.
Rates on the wagon terrain Subaru Outback, refreshed sports car range-BRZ and sedan Legacy remained at the same level. The rest of the model was increased on average by 13 percent.
In particular, the all-wheel drive crossover Subaru XV depending on the equipment have increased in price from 7.3 to 10.5 percent, and now its value varies from 1 million 80 thousand to 1 million 460 thousand rubles, reports RBC.
The last time Subaru corrected ruble prices of their models in may 2014. Then the cars went up by 2-3 percent.
The company explained that he chose a dramatic one-time price increase gradually, but the frequent rewriting of price tags. The mere appreciation of the brand’s models was inevitable, because they all come to the Russian market from Japan.
